Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by the store, not by Fynn AI directly. Cancel your subscription in your store's settings before requesting account deletion, or you may continue to be billed even though your account is gone.
We retain only what we are legally required to keep — billing records (typically 7 years for tax purposes) and the minimum logs needed to demonstrate that the deletion request was honored. None of this includes your resume, transcripts, recordings, or scores.
Yes. From inside the app you can delete individual sessions, recordings, and your resume without deleting the account. If you want a clean reset of coaching history but want to keep your account, mention that in your email and we'll help.
If you email us within 48 hours of your request — and we haven't processed it yet — reply to that thread with "Cancel deletion request" and we'll stop. After processing begins, the request is irreversible.
